Prepare delicious chicken in a tasty sour and sour sauce. Serve the Chinese-made chicken wok with boiled rice.

Ingredients
400 g chicken fillet

1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 piece of fresh ginger

1 dl pineapple juice
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch FOR ADDITION

1 Cut the chicken pieces into smaller pieces. Split the peppers, remove the stem and the seed. Chop the peppers. Peel and chop the onion and garlic clove.
